Alright, I got myself to the point where I'm mean and rude to everyone because I have sooo much stuff on me and I use to be very friendly and talk a lot and everything, like my bfs(well was) don't even wanna do anything on the weekends with me and last year before any of this happened they called and beg me to do something with them because I was 'fun' and now I'm lots of different, I try to change my attitude and I really try my best but I'm like soo sad that I can't change it.
I was hoping I could get some advice of how I can be the person I was before, I try to put the past behind me but more bad stuff keeps happening to me and my family, I wish I could tell like a counselor like EVERYTHING I been thru without leaving things out, ya know~ but not over the computer, thanks!!!

Hi,
How are you today?
Reaching out for help, ideas and advice is the right move. Don't stop there. True, talking with some professional about it would be good.
Is there someone in your area you know?
How old are you?
If you are under 18 check with your parents for advice and ideas. Check with school as well: Nurse or school psychologist.
Taking steps in that direction can truly give you a kick and help you understand what is happening and how to solve it.
What you face is common. It is not something bad, it is a wake up call and an opportunity to grow and discover things about yourself and who you are. You can come out of this situation much stronger than you were before.
So take the steps and get live help and support. I encourage you to do it.
I would be happy to help but I am in The Netherlands (Europe), which means that we can talk by phone. Again, check with your parents if you are under 18.
To book a free 30 min introductory session by phone (you still have to call but my services are free) simply follow the link below
Enjoy!

PS: I believe that within a month and 2 or 3 sessions with a therapist or coach, you could already feel quite different and have new tools and skills to face what is happening now.
