I run a small internet cafe. Though the awareness is growing fast around the town and people crave to the facility so much, which led to heavy spring up the large number of cafe's in town.
I wonder what I could do to increase the sale of our cafe, as price is dropping too fast ?

I would keep a strong eye on the competition and see what they are doing.
Diversifying and offering something more than just internet is another option. Give people a reason to come to your place. Drinks, snacks, etc.
Offer classes and courses and support on computer, word, etc
Have a stuff of kids that you train to give help to customers.
Help them surf and help them find what they are looking for.
Publish a list of top 10 websites to go and visit.
Enhance the experience with web cams
Offer cheap promotion hours.
16:00 to 17:00 pm, the first 10 customers get a free 30 min surf.
Talk to those who come and ask them if they found what they are looking for.
