These simple energizing techniques will bring a fresh flow of life force in your being. It will already clear your mind and bring focus.
If your mind is very active, focus on short 5 minutes meditations.
If you are just starting with meditation, using a breathing technique is the simplest way to start up. This in itself can be already be very powerful and totally shift your awareness.
