We know now that:
  • The reason why people might leave the page could be because the page does not answer their query easily enough!
  • Design does not seems to be an issue
  • Pages need to be simplified and links + labels be clear
  • Navigation is rarely used to access the content
  • Videos will be rarely be watched when first accessing the page
  • Icons are not even seen
  • Images have a visual unconscious impact - They are not rationally checked but they do impact
  • Simple clear links is an excellent way to provide content.
