There aren't many place or people who can teach these skills... You can get a tip from a friend or a magazine here and there but have you come across any "seduction" or "sexual attraction" school where you live down town? It's NOT common! In fact it is very rare - They simply don't exist.
Second reason...
Women give up VERY FAST generally! They don't do what it takes to train and learn these skills.
Third reason...
They have lots of OTHER stuff in their minds, career, money, family hobbies. Most women don't have enough free time and space to invest in this.
Fourth reason...
They don't even know IT exists - They don't understand that sexual attraction is a skill you can learn and train.
