Again, it was fascinating to feel my energy level stay high during that time - 80-100% on a raw diet.
One week without extra protein now... Yes, I can see that my muscle mass is slightly smaller even though my weight is stable.
I feel lighter and fitter though!
The slightly bigger muscle volume and fuller impression has been replaced by higher energy level and more stability in the training intensity.
these observations are very subjective and based on very slight variations I see on my body.
Most people would have too look REALLY very carefully to see any change actually.
After the first 2 weeks where I lost probably 4 to 8 pounds of extra fat all over my body, my muscle volume and level of fitness has been now stable for the last 2 weeks.
There is still a tiny bit of fat (maybe 1 or 2 pounds) in the mid section front and back.
This is melting VERY slowly.
Overall, I am delighted with the results.
Going that intense to 3 hours/day and 5 days/week was an experiment.
I wanted to test my body's resistance with this type of diet, see if the extra fat would melt and how fast + observe the impact of taking extra protein or not (around 90 grams of extra protein for 10 days right in the middle of the program)
Not sure what to do next - Didn't decide yet - I am open for new experiments...
