Flavors are good and they are an excellent support when you make pastes - You can use them for raw pizza like dishes and for snacks.
Now, I am convinced that these options are way healthier than bread.
However, I don't get the same energetic feeling from them as I get from fresh fruits or fresh energy or superfood mixes.
I do believe that the heating process involved in dehydration does impact on the nutritional value of the food.
That's just an intuitive impression. I have no proof.

On the contrary! I feel they are still super good, but while a green juice will score at 90% in terms of nutritional value, a cracker will be only at 50% while white bread is at 10%
