"I purchased your book yesterday " Jealousy - How To Deal With it" I'm on page 192, I must say I haven't been able to put your book down since I bought it, my blood pressure goes up and down as I read through it trying to keep myself from breaking down I feel like a terrible person and I've lost a lot of good people in my life as a result of my jealousies and insecurities, I'm in a 3 year relationship and I don't want to F*ck this up! I'm in my 40s.

I will read your book entirely and will apply all the suggested exercises and steps to change my bad habits and self distraction"
