- Go into silence
- Stop the blame game
- Accept tension without acting on it
- Express your kindness

- I am on your side
- Remove aggressive connotations and comments from what you say
- Stay calm with no emotional charge
- Say "I hear you", "I understand how you feel".
- Contain the fight. Don't involve others or you'll ad more fire and tension
- Use slow, calm, hypnotic commands
- Allowing, letting go of the fight, standing centered and still
- Avoid the triggers
