The second type is eye intensity or concentration exercises like
- Focusing on a distant object
- global vision
- energy intensification without eye focus
- etc
3rd type
- Eye area massage exercises
4th type (this one is actually off topic from the original eye training idea whose goal is to improve vision, not really reading speed)
- Speed reading exercises which speed up eye movement and ability to integrate information
