Here are the changes I implemented:
  • Price back to original price $19
  • Only one offer in signup page
  • Simplified signup page to the max (the system selects passord and login automatically - no "More info" links - No navigation links on top except "support" - only 2 fields to fill in name + email address - No lengthy product or features description)

This last step was implemented in the last 24 hours and already orders are back to normal!
