Just came back from 2 hours sea kayaking

Just came back from 2 hours sea kayaking - off now to a Turbo Kick (mix of a aerobics and martial arts) session at the gym followed by 1 more hour of cardio and power training - I often go into these intensity training sessions like today to test my body a bit - remember that I am still in a raw diet (probably 95% right now as I relax while travelling) - In the past, I tried to see if high intensity training is sustainable on a raw diet - in my experience, it not only is, I feel as well that my body recovers way faster, which is pretty logical if you know a bit about enzymes...
