seems like a concentration of life force flowing through my system again!
In other terms, it's again the juicing process that concentrates the nutritional value, the enzymes, the micronutrients in the liquid I drink.
If I was mixing that juice with raw flour or bananas, I would dissolve the nutritional value and create a smoothie which is less concentrated than what I am having now!!
The same if i was adding water like I do with smoothies.
It would dilute the nutritional value and basically I would need to drink twice as much to get the same amount of vitamins and enzymes!
It's all super logical, right?
