Where are the enzymes and vitamins in a fruit or vegetable? Are they in the fiber or in the juice which is extracted?
That's an essential question.
We talk about juicing, right?
Why would juicing be more powerful that eating the whole fruit or vegetable?
Is there a higher concentration of enzymes, vitamins and other micronutrients in the juice than in the whole fruit or vegetable?
Are these micronutrients more easily assimilated by the body when they are in the juice than when they are in the the whole produce or the fiber?
What's the exact difference?
I have not a clear answer for that one yet...
