It creates a road block that stops the free flow of energy in your system.

To remove this road block and optimize your mind, you shift your negative belief to a positive one.

For instance you might go from "I can't do it"  to "I can do it".
Your thoughts design your reality.

How much energy,  joy or life force flows through your system is a direct result of what you hold in your mind.

If you identify a negative belief that no longer serves you, choose the opposite positive belief and start practicing that mind posture.

This new mind set can be in the form of a positive affirmation.

Be the conscious designer of your mind!
