I need to get rid of my depression. I also need to find a job. I have had depression most of my life, as far back as I can remember. Having lost my job has brought me more depression. I have tried many anti-depressant, talk therapy, homeopathic remedies. I don't know if there is anything else I can try. What advice do you have for me??

Increasing your level of power means being able to establish clear boundaries within yourself.
All this means taking action, changing aspects of your life style and be willing to take small risks by going beyond the limits of what you already know. This requires a strong desire to do something about it.
I like how you start your message: "I need to get rid of my depression". This is a perfect start. It is a desire in you. It is the expression of your will power. What happens if you say: "I want to get rid of my depression". This expression "I want" is the key. You decide, you take charge and breakthrough whatever is stopping your from being in charge.
I believe in you and I believe as well that the moment you decide: "That's enough... Now I am breaking through!" nothing will stop you.
Remember, the power is in you! You have the force and the potential to be where you want to be.
