Very often, trying to figure it out mentally or rationally is limiting.
If you go with instinct and intuition, it's often easier to get it right.
In other terms, what does your gut or your heart tell you?
When we say "gut" we mean stomach, intestinal tract.
This is our second brain!
It is as well the solar plexus area where emotions are stored.
This is like a complex memory system of everything you experienced.
Trusting your gut means checking in this memory system and feeling how someone or a choice impacts on that system.
If it doesn't feel right, it means that a certain set of similar past experiences is being recalled and your instinct tells you to choose another route.
I believe that heart feelings are as precious and valuable.
To be followed...

Gut feelings evolve and for instance if fears around a traumatic experience are dissolved, then being exposed to the same situation again won't trigger the fear.
But not all past experiences need to be dissolved.
Certain fears or negative gut feelings are there as protection and stay useful in our quest for survival or security.
That truth that you experience after a gut feeling clearing is your new truth at that moment.
Truth evolves and in the surface wave feelings of your mind, it's not permanent.
Depending on circumstances, what's true to you one day could be not true the following day.
