I think when someone's nice, it's always an opportunity to connect deep and truthfully.
That creates instant energetic intimacy and that can feel a bit intimidating.
This is why it can feel challenging to open and receive compliments.
It's like they open you up, make you drop your weapons...
And in doing so you make yourself vulnerable as well.
It's beautiful to be human.
