It could be a simple change in diet, or adding a couple of trainings a week or cutting on carbs or eating more raw.
You see, you don't have to go to 100% all at once.
You need to take small steps that you establish as new habits.
These habits must be easily sustainable on the long term and require a minimum of effort or will power.
