Vital fight practices are amongst the most challenging to integrate.
I encourage you to try this within safe sessions or workshops with me.
But in case you are ready to activate wild, here are a few practices to get you started:
CAT FIGHT
- 5 min practica
- Use aggressive cat sounds to communicate
- One on one or in group
- No physical touch
- 2 people
- face to face

- Two opponents facing each other
- Ideally two people with an emotional charge and tension
- You have 5 min
- You alternate with speaking
- One sentence at a time
- No physical contact
- Keep it low volume if you have neighbors
- You can say "Stop" any time if it's too much
- One spotter or facilitator in case it gets dirty
- After 5 min, stop, close your eyes and breath for 1 min
- Same idea on shoulder
- Face each other
- Take turns slapping each other
- Soft at first
- Harder as you progress
